Materials and Design Specifications
Materials are the cornerstone of hair accessory quality. We prioritize non-toxic, durable, and hair-friendly raw materials, commonly including alloys, plastics, wood, fabrics, beads, crystals, ribbons, and leather. For metals and synthetic materials, material safety certificates and batch traceability information must be provided; for coatings and platings, wear resistance, fade resistance, and sweat penetration test data should be available. Dyeing and coating must ensure colorfastness to prevent fading and staining of hair and skin. Adhesives and fasteners used in the accessories should be free of sharp edges and easily breakable parts to prevent breakage and injury during daily wear or washing.

The design phase emphasizes the rationality of size and weight. The overall length, width, and thickness of the hair accessories must meet functional and wearing comfort requirements; the weight should be controlled to avoid pulling hair or causing scalp discomfort. The proportion of the decorative elements to the main body should be coordinated to prevent structural imbalance due to improper force. Color uniformity and visual effect must be stable, avoiding significant color differences within the same batch of products. For children's hair accessories, greater attention must be paid to safety, avoiding risks such as easily detachable small parts, sharp edges, and irritating materials; for adult styles, the balance between fashion and durability is emphasized.

Documentation requirements for materials and design include: material list, batch number, supplier information, test reports, component content, dyeability and skin-friendliness statements, and appearance review records. Each batch of products should have a traceable version number during the design phase, and design changes must be reviewed and documented. The final product's markings should be clearly visible, combining aesthetics and functionality without affecting the wearing experience.
