Quality Control
Before mass production and shipment, we carry out quality checks on the appearance, structure, hand feel, and packaging of our hair accessories. Each order is inspected against the approved sample and order requirements to help ensure consistency in bulk production.
We check surface color, plating, spray painting, and dyeing effects to reduce issues such as color fading, inconsistent batch colors, scratches, and visible surface defects.
We inspect the spring performance and grip strength of hair claws and clips to help prevent loose springs, weak tension, unstable holding power, and an unsatisfactory wearing experience.
We check the polishing of edges and contact areas to reduce burrs, sharp corners, and rough surfaces that may pull or scratch the hair.
We inspect glue bonding, decorative part placement, and overall assembly to help prevent decorations from falling off, shifting, loosening, or being poorly assembled.
We check individual packaging, assorted styles and colors, quantities, and outer carton protection to reduce the risk of crushed packaging, deformation, and scratches during transportation.
Before shipment, we conduct random inspections based on the approved sample and order details, with a focus on color, style, quantity, packaging method, and overall appearance.
